By accessing or using GeoXylia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

GeoXylia provides AI citability audits for websites. Our platform analyzes URLs across 7 dimensions and generates reports with recommendations. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that audit results will match any specific AI system's behavior.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use GeoXylia to audit sites you do not own or have permission to analyze
Resell, redistribute, or repackage audit reports without written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying data and methodology
Use automated tools to access GeoXylia beyond reasonable rate limits
Submit false, malicious, or misleading URLs for audit

4. Accounts & Payment

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
Refunds are processed at our discretion within 7 days of initial subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until end of billing period

5. Intellectual Property

The GeoXylia platform, scoring methodology, and proprietary content are owned by GeoXylia. Audit reports generated for users may be used for their own internal purposes. Redistribution of GeoXylia reports for commercial purposes requires written licensing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GeoXylia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audits will produce specific outcomes, improve search rankings, or result in any particular AI system behavior. Audit scores reflect our methodology, not endorsements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoXylia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your dashboard or contacting support.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
